Automated trading risk

Gold Pro AI is an automated trading tool. Automation changes how trades are placed, but it does not eliminate market risk.

• Backtests and simulations are not guarantees of future results, and NeuxFX does not publish backtest results as promises of performance.

Technical and execution risk

Automated trading depends on infrastructure and market conditions outside NeuxFX's control.

• Technical problems, including software or connectivity issues, may occur.
• Broker execution quality can affect trading results.
• Slippage and spreads can affect the price at which trades are executed.
• VPS, internet or trading-platform failures can interrupt or affect automated trading.

No guarantees

NeuxFX does not guarantee profits, and past performance — whether real, simulated or hypothetical — does not guarantee future results. Any decorative or illustrative figures shown on this website are for design purposes only and are not performance claims.

Package selection

Gold Pro AI is offered in several packages (Bronze, Ruby and Diamond). Package selection affects the duration and services included with the software. It does not guarantee trading performance. A higher-priced or longer package does not make trading safer, lower-risk, or more profitable, and does not guarantee any particular result. Trading involves risk and losses are possible regardless of which package you choose.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, for selecting and maintaining your relationship with your broker, and for monitoring your account. NeuxFX provides trading technology and related services only, and does not manage your funds or make trading decisions on your behalf beyond the programmed logic of the software you purchase.
