Gold Pro AI is an automated trading system developed by NeuxFX with a primary focus on gold/XAUUSD trading. It's installed on your own trading platform and connects to your own broker account.
Gold Pro AI is available in three packages. Bronze — $40: 1-month software access and 1-month VPS. Ruby — $100: 3-month software access and 1-month VPS, with technical support. Diamond — $180: Gold Pro AI with installation, configuration, 3-month VPS, setup assistance, software updates and technical support. The exact Diamond software subscription duration will be confirmed separately.
Bronze ($40) includes the Gold Pro AI automated trading software, 1-month Gold Pro AI access, installation & configuration, a 1-month VPS subscription, and setup assistance. It's a simple entry point for traders who want to get started with Gold Pro AI.
Ruby ($100) includes the Gold Pro AI automated trading software, 3-month Gold Pro AI access, installation & configuration, a 1-month VPS subscription, setup assistance, and technical support. It's for traders who want longer access to Gold Pro AI with ongoing technical support.
Diamond ($180) includes the Gold Pro AI automated trading software, installation & configuration, a 3-month VPS subscription, setup assistance, software updates, and technical support. It's our extended package for traders who want longer VPS coverage together with software updates and technical support. The exact Diamond software subscription duration will be confirmed separately.
No. The package price is separate from any trading capital deposited with your broker. The package fee is paid to NeuxFX; your trading capital is deposited directly with your own broker and is never paid to NeuxFX.
No. Package pricing reflects the duration and services included in each package. A higher-priced package does not guarantee better trading performance or returns.
Your trading capital remains in your own broker account at all times. NeuxFX does not take custody of client funds and cannot access your trading capital.
Yes, you need your own broker account to trade through. NeuxFX provides trading technology, not brokerage services.
If your existing broker and trading platform are compatible with Gold Pro AI, you can generally continue using that account. NeuxFX will confirm compatibility during setup.
Gold Pro AI requires a compatible MT5 (MetaTrader 5) Cent Account from a supported broker. This setup is recommended, particularly for clients trading with smaller capital, to allow greater flexibility in position sizing and risk management. Exact platform requirements are confirmed with you before installation.
Yes. Every Gold Pro AI package includes VPS hosting: 1 month with Bronze and Ruby, and 3 months with Diamond, so your setup can run continuously.
It depends on your package: 1 month with Bronze and Ruby, and 3 months with Diamond, counted from the date it's activated. Continued VPS hosting after that period is your responsibility to arrange.
No. Gold Pro AI runs on the included VPS, so it can continue operating without your personal computer staying on or connected to the internet.
Yes. Because trading takes place in your own broker account, you can log in and review activity at any time.
Yes. You retain full control of your trading platform and broker account, and can pause or stop the automated system at any time.
Gold Pro AI is an automated trading tool and does not guarantee profits or prevent losses. Trading gold and other CFDs involves a real risk of loss, and you should only trade capital you can afford to lose.
NeuxFX may recommend a compatible broker if you don't already have one. You remain responsible for selecting, opening and maintaining that brokerage relationship — NeuxFX is not a broker and does not hold your funds.
